Pricing questions
What counts as a check?
Every run of a server-side tool: one email spam test result, one domain scan, one SPF/DKIM/DMARC/BIMI check, one DNS or blacklist lookup, one phishing link check. The SPF, DKIM and DMARC generators and the DMARC report parser run in your browser and are always free.
Do I need an account?
No. Credits are stored in your browser. Stripe receives your email address with the payment, so you can restore your credits on another device with a one-time link.
Do credits expire?
No. Use them whenever you like. Your 5 free checks per day are always used first.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days — write to sales@mxcheck.cc with the email address you paid with.
