1. Provider and scope

These terms govern the use of mxcheck.cc, operated by Michael Papst, Viktor-Franz-Straße 24, 8051 Graz, Austria (see Imprint). By using the tools or buying credits you accept these terms.

2. The service

mxcheck.cc provides online tools to test and analyze email deliverability and email security (spam test, SPF/DKIM/DMARC/BIMI checks, DNS and blocklist lookups, link risk assessment and others). Results are automated assessments based on public data and our analysis; they are provided for information and may be incomplete or wrong. Blocklist and reputation data come from third-party operators.

3. Free checks and credits

Every visitor gets 5 free server-side checks per day (UTC). Tools that run entirely in your browser are free without limit.
Further checks require prepaid credits. One credit is used per check. Packs (taxes included): Starter 25 credits for 3.00 USD, Pro 100 credits for 9.00 USD, Team 500 credits for 29.00 USD, Agency 2,500 credits for 99.00 USD.
Credits do not expire, are not transferable for money and are tied to your browser; you can restore them on another device with a one-time link sent to the e-mail address used at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. For purchases made with Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as merchant of record and its terms for the purchase apply in addition; Stripe issues the receipt.

4. Acceptable use

Only test domains, servers and messages you own or are authorized to test.
Automated mass querying, scraping, attempts to bypass the free-check limit, and any use to attack or probe third-party systems are prohibited and end access without refund.
Do not send spam, malware or unlawful content to test addresses.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA/UK)

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, you expressly request on checkout that delivery begins before the withdrawal period ends. Unused credit packs can be withdrawn within 14 days for a full refund; write to sales@mxcheck.cc with the e-mail address used for payment. Once credits have been used, the right of withdrawal for the used part expires.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage and in any case to the price paid. Mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected.
